Local Artist Looking For Video/Animation Collaborator For Installation ASAP

An artist I know who has a residency as a part of the Feinstein Center for American Jewish History‘s The Art of Being Jewish in the City program is looking for someone with animation and installation experience to work on a paid gig as a collaborator on an upcoming performance in a few weeks called “East Towards Home.”

The video installation includes historical photos and archival film footage of Jewish radical choreographers in the 1930’s-40’s, animation based on a NYC street game called Skully, and could go into abstract directions based on NYC streetscapes and U.S Dustbowl landscapes. Sound design could also be part of the video-digital artist’s contribution to the performance.
