How your body language shapes who you are

The hour before a challenging situation at my day job, a friend texted me: go stand in a Wonder Woman pose for two minutes. I had no idea why she was suggesting it, but she’s generally pretty brilliant about navigating emotions and self care, so I went to the bathroom, closed the door, and did what she said.

Later, she asked if I knew what she was referring to when she recommended that. I said I thought it was just because we like Wonder Woman?
